Cooler is next to the stove in the kitchen, and is holding cheese and other potentially hazardous foods. Temperature of cheese in the cooler = 42 F. The Pepsi cooler in the kitchen is missing a thermometer. Temperature of peppers = 39 F. The ""White Turbo Air"" cooler has a broken thermometer with no reading. Cottage cheese in the cooler was 43 F. Soiled wiping clothes were stored on the salad cutting board, the cutting board near the grill, on the grill, and on the meat slicer. All wiping clothes were out of sanitizing solution. The sides of the grill and stove, the metal shelves next to the ""chilled wines"" cooler, the ""chilled wines"" cooler, and the Pepsi cooler all need to be cleaned.
