 05/19/2011InspectionA can of RAID ant spray killer was found in the middle kitchen area, and a can of HOTSHOT spray insect killer was found in the back baking area kitchen. Corrected: Both cans were discarded in the trash. Milk and containers of frosting are stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler in the rear baking area kitchen. The front counter display cooler holding roast beef sandwiches, potato salad and milk, is missing a thermometer. Temperature of potato salad in the cooler = 39 F The microwave in the rear baking area kitchen needs to be cleaned. Middle kitchen door, and rear baking kitchen roll-up door are wide open and have no screens. Cans of RAID ant spray, and HOTSHOT insect spray were found in the kitchens. The floor and walls around the mixers in the rear baking area kitchen need to be cleaned.
