The temperature of the Three Bean Salad in the Raetone Reach-In Cooler was measured to be 38.8 degrees F. The Final Rinse Temperature on the Mechanical Dish Washer was 181 to 182 degrees F and the Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in March 2015. Report e-mailed. |
