Operator removed can from shelf and put aside to return to vendor. Food items were found uncovered in storage (bags of potato and cornstarch), in the WIC, (buckets of cut vegetables), bag of carrots stored on the floor of the WIC, bucket of shrimp thawing in a bucket on floor of the prep area. Cleaver and knife stored in the space between the metal prep table and the low boy cooler. When I removed them the blades were not clean.
