02/26/2015InspectionFood temps were obtained on premises as follows: in walk-in cooler (sausage patty at 38.1 deg. F. and fried eggs at 29.7 deg. F.). at sandwich station (sliced American cheese at 40.3 deg. F. and fried eggs at 39.7 deg. F..). All violations from previous inspection on 8/7/14 have been corrected (except for previous violation 8a, which is repeated with one milk crate of milk found directly on walk-in cooler floor as opposed to two crate found on floor during previous inspection)--see violation 8a from this inspection. Disinfectant solution for wiping cloths was observed to be 150-200 ppm chlorine.
