01/28/2016 | Inspection | Comment: The wall area behind the three-bay sink was recently redone with ceramic tiles. It is now smooth sealed and easily cleanable. The wall area behind dishwasher is still pitted. Operator stated he intends to repair that wall space as well. Operator has been in the process of doing some cosmetic work at the bar also. Inspector reminded operator to keep construction debris, materials and tools seperate from food service operations. Kitchen does need cleaning and then routine cleaning of the hard to get to spaces beneath equipment and shelfs. |
