Screen was broken at the bottom. 8A - Labels are not being used for numerous containers found throughout the kitchen. 8A - Boxes found stored on floor in walk-in freezer, CORRECTED and pop crates found throughout kitchen being used for storage and shelving. This does not allow for easy cleaning under crates. 16 - Choking poster, CPR sign and kit, and no-smoking sign are absent in the dining area. 2E - Food testing thermometer measured 12 F higher than inspector's calibrated food testing thermometer.
