Operator has made evident efforts to clean kitchen, and was instructed to continue these efforts on a regular daily basis.

Inspected the new bar. The new bar is acceptable with the exception of the ice bin sink drain as noted in the inspection findings. Edges of kitchen counters must be repaired; laminate edging is missing and these surfaces are no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
