THE NOTICE OF CLOSURE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE DOOR BY THIS INSPECTOR. THE FACILITY HAS REPAIRED THE PLUMBING IN THE BASEMENT. THE FACILITY HAS WAHED, RINSED, AND SANITIZED THE ENTIRE BASEMENT. THE FACILITY HAS REMOVED EVERYTHING THAT WAS PRESENT IN THE BASEMENT AT THE TIME OF YESTERDAYS INSPECTION.
