Must fully cook all chicken wings (poultry) to a minimum of 165 degrees F. Cooked wings present at facility were cooked Saturday, so they were at correct temperature.
All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 12/31/14. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 12/31/14. |
