Customers bring their own lunch and food is no longer served on mondays. Sandwiches and any products that require extensive preparation are not done any more. There is no designated utility sing on the premises to dump mop water. Mop water must be dumped down the toilet. potential locations for a sink were discussed with staff. |

03/25/2015 | Inspection | mental health facility operates where patrons arrive from 10-2 tue. and wed. and no longer serves a full lunch. menu items for mental health consumers and staff (including cheese and crackers, vegetable, yogurt - dairy, vegetable, starch etc.) egg salad sandwiches and vegetable prepared and served the day of inspection. some outside parties are welcome to participate (police, etc) and get served. today 15 consumers for a class so there is a more elaborate menu (egg salad sandwiches normally it would be cheese and crackers). all meals are served family style. May 20th there is an open house event for the annual meeting. Egg salad sandwiches 45 degrees F. hard boiled on site and peeled with gloves. |
