03/11/2015InspectionLeaks from ceiling in dry storage area, prep areas are to be addressed by establishment. Roof maintenance is required for the facility in the immediate future. Prep sink is to be fixed and used as designated. All refrigerator temperature were within code. Caramelized onions in walk in cooler found at 51 degrees were cooked within an hour and half and were being properly cooled. All freezer temperature were within code. cheese 43 deg. , lettuce 43 deg., raw onions 43 deg. in walk in cooler. Hot holding units cooked eggs 157 deg., sausage 160 deg.

08/20/2012Inspectionwalk in freezer has spilled food on the floor. Manager sent someone to clean it at the time of inspection chemical window cleaner was found next to paper products at time of inspection. Manager moved. Employees with long ponie tails past their shoulders. Manger had the two girls put their hair into a bun.
