The food is a little higher than some places that we've ordered from in the past, but I know what to expect from Napoli's - great food! The entire pizza shop is always kept clean and orderly, as well as the dining room area and bathrooms. Dining in is great, the waitress is always there to tend to our needs and is always polite as well. Customer service is great, everyone employed there is always nice whenever we call or get our food delivered. I like that if something is wrong with our order, they are quick to make it right with us by making a new item. It's hard to get that from any restaurant anywhere! Deliveries are always quick and drivers are always nice.
