12/01/2015 | Inspection | Comment: There were no food service operations occuring during inspection. Primary menu items include pizza, chicken wings, hamburgers, fried items, baked potatoes and mayonaise based salads ( coleslaw). There is a prime rib that occurs on Friday evenings.
Accuracy of food probe thermometers was verified. Proper cold holding was verified, handwashing in food prep area was available. Discussed use of sanitizer when food prep is occuring and use of barrier when handling ready to eat food with bartender/owner. Ansil system was recently cleaned. |
