01/20/2015 | Inspection | 1. Upon discussion with Debbie, it was stated the public uses the employee bathroom located in the kitchen. The public would have to walk through the kitchen area to use the bathroom. Provided education, customers are not allowed in the kitchen area. 2. Pizza logs were observed to be on a three hour timetable. Provided education that all cooked pizza slices cannot stay out for longer than two hours. It was observed that staff were writing down pizza discard times on the pizza logs before the slices were actually discarded. For example, pizza log said pizza came out of oven at 11:00 am and was discarded at 2:00pm and it was 12:10 pm.
All violations must be corrected by 2/3/15, with exception of the kitchen floor which must be corrected by 4/30/15. Email a list of all the corrections to each violation to jacob.scott@health.ny.gov no later than 2/3/15. |
