12/01/2005Inspection5B - Container of cooked New England Clam Chowder temped at 120 degrees F inside the walk in coolerat 5:00 P.M. In discussion with owner, Amy Fox, the soup was cooked at 10:00 A.M. today and then cooled with an ice paddle. No temperature wastaken during the cooling procedure. Soup was placed into the walk in cooler around 12:30 P.M. today. Three New England Clam Chowder containers were voluntarily discarded immediately by Amy Fox.
