04/01/2014 | Inspection | Checked one food item located inside walk in cooler using a metal stem probe thermometer and received a reading of 45 degrees F. Staff indicated they were aware that the cooler was warmer than usually and service has been called. Service repair is expected on the properly around 5:00 PM this evening. Instructed staff to monitor food temps in the walk in cooler and if temps go above 45 degrees F, then all foods requiring refrigeration must be moved to a properly functioning cooler or freezer immediately.
All uncorrected violations must be corrected no later than April 15, 2014. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to crd05@health.state.ny.us addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 4/15/14. |
