The hot sauce is placed out on tables at room temperature. Currently, our office has no approved scheduled process for the hot sauce proving that the hot sauce is a shelf stable food item. To follow up. Must correct all violations no later than Friday, May 15, 2015. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations by 5/15/15.
