 02/06/2014InspectionDrain for automatic dishwasher is questionable. Could not locate the drain in the basement. Owner must follow up and report back to our office confirming whether or not the dishwasher drain is directly plumbed into a waste line or if the dishwasher is equipped with an indirect drain. Must correct all violations no later than February 20, 2014, except floor must be repaired by April 30, 2014. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to crd05@health.state.ny.us addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 2/20/14.
