 01/22/2015InspectionAnsul tagged 8/14. steam table temperatures appropriate. new light fixtures on order. robospray scheduled, hood vent screens on order. upstairs walkin - 38F. new cellar stairs. clutter in cellar greatly improved. cellar walkin 36F. Education provided regarding proper cooling of large cuts of meat, sauces and soups.
