He demonstrated how to verify proper cold holding of ice cream product in machine. we also, discussed sanitizing process of ice cream machines. Food workers were familiar with proper sanitary practices (sanitizer, handwashing, use of barrier when handling ""ready to eat food"") to ensure food safety. Facility was clean and well maintained.
