complaint investigation-
wings come from Renzis. cooked fresh. not frozen. no par cooking. cooked 17 minutes or 19 minutes for extra crispy. oil @ 360F. probe thermometer present. coating sauce gets dumped every night and containers washed every night. recommended checking temp of wings frequently throughout night. owner has not received any illness complaints. Raw product being stored on bottom of units |
