Corrected- ranch dressing voluntarily discarded and prep cooler adjusted and was operating properly at close of inspection.
2C- One dozen container of raw shell eggs on shelf in reach-in cooler over packages of salad dressing. Corrected- Eggs relocated to bottom of cooler. |
