01/24/2011 | Re-Inspection | Operator replaced sanitizer container with new gallon of sodium hypochlorite. However, the test strip showed no color change. Operator claims to have primed the sanitizer pump. Yet after 2 cycles discover that the priming pump activated was for the rinse add. Corrective action primed sanitizer line @ 3rd cycle ran and dumped and refilled ET series low temp dishwasher. After 4th run cycle sanitizer was detected at 50 ppm. |
