Also, routine calibration of numerical thermometer used to check cooked potentially hazardous (TCS) foods and hand washing with kitchen staff during inspection. Checked UV water monitoring equipment during inspection- meter reading 93% with light operating. A Time Table of Compliance Date of January 9, 2016 has been established to correct the above-mentioned violations. A re-inspection will' be conducted after this date to determine compliance. |
