A group of seven women visited the MWC site on 9/16 for a lady in our group's 73 birthday. When I checked in I told the hostess we needed a table for 7. About 15 min wait. No problem when they seated us it was in the bar area in a back booth with a chair on the end of the table. There was no way the 7 of us could fit in that booth. A man and woman said they would find us another place and apologized. Told us to go back out front and get another timer. I told the hostess. then the other girl came to seat us part way back another man stopped us and said there was a mix up and no they were not ready to seat us. One of the ladies in the group said this is the 3rd time. The manager turned to me in a very rude tone and said it is not our problem we seated you and you all were the ones who didn't take the first choice. I was totally shocked to have a manager talk to me like this. I said you don't talk to me like that and I want your name. His name was Joe. If it wouldn't have been for this little ladies birthday I would have left and went somewhere else. She was unaware of the situation and I didn't want to ruin her birthday. Went back out front again and the hostess says it is not our problem that your group is to big to fit in the booth. We don't have many options to fit big people groups. I asked for a headquarter number and she said she didn't know if she could locate it. I said you will locate it before I leave tonight and her name was LeLe or something like that. I am really disturbed how these people treat customers and I won't be back to this Cheddar's. The waitress we had was Angelica and she was great and so was the young woman who worked to get us seated. If it was not for her we would have been sitting in the foyer all night.
