I waited in the drive thru. I waited over 10 MINUTES for a LARGE root beer float. I even called the store and a girl said she would run it out. She never did. I finally get to the window and a man hands me a MEDIUM root beer float that at this point is MELTED COMPLETELY. I explain the wait was RIDICULOUS considering I had a drink. I asked why they do not have people pull forward and he says because of rude customers like me. I asked for the manager, but wait he is the manager. I asked for a superior but that's him as well. I get no recipe so I call the location to get his name he says its Tim begins to argue with me again. Tim then hangs the phone up on me. So I called back and the female who was going to "run my drink out" answers and I ask her to tell her manager that the phone call was recorded because legally I have to let him know. She's all gigly as if its funny. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED. As a manager of a business you never DISRESPECT a customer. I was running late to Breast Feed my child who was at home. Shame on him for showing his other employees its okay to treat someone like this. I NEVER was rude I never CURSED. This is a complete DISGRACE.
