They broke our car. Do not go here!
Nov, 2016: My wife brought our Corolla in for a regular inside and out basic wash. After driving away, she reached up to pull the sun shade back, off the windshield, and noticed it had been snapped broken. there was grease left on it as well. It had to have been moved back (or "up") in order to clean the inside of the windshield. Now the sunshade just hung broken.
When I called the manager, "Effrin", and told him how they had broken our car, he said there was nothing they would do about it. He even alleged we were making bad "assumptions" about what happened. Never an apology, never an effort to help. So unprofessional!
Don't let your car get treated this way! Avoid this place and tell your friends. No one should have to get their car repaired just because they came in for a basic carwash!
