I was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service I witnessed at this Panda Express location. An elderly, handicapped patron was treated with impatience and a clear lack of empathy by server Nancy. Nancy rushed the patron's order in a curt manner and made no effort to accommodate the patron's physical limitations. She then complained about the patron in Spanish to manager Samantha in a disparaging way, showing no sensitivity to the patron's advanced age and disability. Samantha was no better, displaying the same dismissive and condescending attitude toward this patron who deserved patience and consideration. I was appalled by the lack of respect shown by both Nancy and Samantha to this handicapped senior citizen. It was the worst display of customer service I have ever seen at any Panda Express location. Employees should be trained on showing sensitivity to disabled and elderly guests. I hope this location will improve its treatment of all patrons, regardless of age and physical limitations. The impatience exhibited was completely unacceptable.
