Crimson Corner's bottom center reach in cooler door seal torn, not attached, needs replaced.
- Water Temperature & Pressure when Hot Water is Used for Sanitizing in Mechanical Warewashing (46.675(d)(e))
High temperature dishmachine plate temperatures recorded well below the 160*F minimum for hot water sanitizing. Tempertures of 140-143*F (the wash tank temperture) recorded using two different maximum registering thermometers, eventhough the final rinse gauge read 180-195*f actual plate tempertures were too low (yes we used the wax melt strips too, they didn't turn black). The breaker for the what was labeled "right tank" was shut off, once flipped, proper gauge and plate tempertures were recorded. As discussed, obtain and use a maximum registering thermometer to ensure proper sanitizing temperture of at least 160*F at the plate.
- Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
Dishroom handwash sink not operable, automatic faucet doesn't work. Correct immediately.
- Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
Need a different, more durable type of material for the "cold air deflector" above the pot and pan sink prewash area. The taped together styrofoam panels are not an acceptable material, must be a cleanable material.
- Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
Paper towel dispensers empty at all handwash sinks, due to problems with ordering, a roll of towles provided at each until towels that fit the dispensers are obtained/provided.
