Opened commercially processed ready to eat food, located in the walk-in, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened. Provide date making for deli meat and cheese. Instructed managment to take immediate corrective action.

Ice scoop handle observed sitting directly in ice used for consumption. Provide NSF container to protect ice from contamination of ice scoop handle.

Moist wiping cloths observed lying on counter and not stored in sanitizing solution, to prevent the growth of bacteria.

Tray of eggs held at 51 degrees F, rather than 45 degrees F or below as required. PIC initiated immediate corrective action.

The handwash sink in the warewashing area and service area was blocked by containers and not accesible at all times for employee use. Handwashing sinks shall only be utilized for handwashing and shall remain accessible at all times during food operations. PIC initited immediate corrective action.
