Drinking water quality obtained from a non-public water system does not meet DEP water quality standards. DEP has determined that there is no potable water at this restuarant and that the water supply is not approved for any activity that meets the definition of "human consumption" which include drinking, bathing, showering, cooking, dishwashing and oral hygiene. IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION IS REQUIRED.

Eliminating harborage conditions. Obseved broken desk and a stack of scrap metal covered with a blue tarp being stored in the grass approximately 25 ft from the back of the restaurant. Immediate corrective action is required.

The owner failed in their duties and responsibilities as the person-in-charge in that food employees are not properly trained in food safety as it relates to their assigned duites. See inspection report violations. Immediate corrective action is required.

Observed unidentifiable insects floating in a 5 gallon plastic container of soy sauce being stored inside a walk-in refrigerator not in-use. Soy Sauce disposed. Corrected.

Removal of refuse. Observed two 5 gallon buckets of animal bones and animal derived meat scraps being stored uncovered in the back of the restaurant. IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION IS REQUIRED.

Observed table top deep fat fryer not under the confines of the exhuast hood covering the fryer by 6" inches on all sides as required. IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION IS REQUIRED.

Observed canned hosin sauce clearly labeled by the manufacturer "keep refrigerated" being stored at room temperature. 1 can disposed valued at $5 dollars.

Observed dried food debris on the blade and other food contact surfaces of the electric food slicer. REPEAT VIOLATION FROM THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION. IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION IS REQUIRED.
