We just picked up two dinners for mother's day. The beef was sliced with the grain and very tough and chewy. The caeser salad was mushy and the croutons were soggy. The chocolate cake and cheese cake were very good. The crab cakes were very fishy and not very palatable. Needless to say we were very disappointed.
Would you recommend HEBRON CATERING & EVENTS to others? No

The most disorganized caterer I have ever seen.
Sides coming out before appetizers, half the table being served deserts an hour before the other even got entrees despite all ordering the same food at the same time.
Having to chase down servers for drink refills.
The beef was cut with the grain, there were plates designed with two starches, over seasoned sides, cold demiglase, stale croutons on the salads and dried out cake.
The only good thing was the Dave Stahl Big Band.
