Shift manager was asked to remove certificate from the wall.

    Food employees observed not wearing hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard restraints.

    Visible evidence of insect contaminated foods observed in the food service area. -Flies observed crawling on bsgels on table behind service counter.

    Handle-end of ice scoop observed in direct contact with ice in bin behind service counter.
