No stoppers are available for warewashing sinks located in the food preparation area and bar area.

Employee was observed washing and rinsing a pot in one compartment of warewashing sink, no sanitization of the food equipment was done.

Several food equipments were stored on the floor in the food preparation area at time of inspection. Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored as follows: (1) In a clean, dry location. (2) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination. (3) At least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor.

No sign or poster posted at the handwash sinks located in the food preparation area and female restroom area to remind food employees to wash their hands.

An indirect waste drain is needed for the food preparation sink located in the basement. Plumbing line for food preparation sink is directly connected to sewer line.

Lights in the ventilation hood system, walk in refrigeration unit, small refrigeration unit located in the bar area are not shielded from breakage.

Mice droppings were observed at the following locations: perimeter of foodp preparation area, perimeter of basement food storage area, on food equipment shelving and perimeter of bar area.
