    --Cooked cooled foods, in the walk in cooler area, is a covered food possibly subject to water splash from the dripping refrigeration unit inside the walk in cooler.
  • Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
    --Observed prepared cooled foods stored directly on the floor in walk in cooler area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.
  • Air Gap Requirement, Design of Backflow Prevention & Conditioning Devices (46.822(c)-(e))
    --Ice machine waste water drain lines with a hose attachment that is hanging below the flood rim of the floor drain sump pump and not an appropriate air gap. Drain lines were completely submerged into the waste water held in the sump. Corrected on site.
  • Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
    --Walk in cooler refrigerated unit waste water drain does not capture condensation water. Waste water is allowed to drip approximately 3 - 4 ft into a container adjacent to food products.

Very nice staff awesome food just wish it was buffet all the time. Gotta try smooshed meatball sandwich sooooooo good
