    --Food employee observed storing clean food equipment while wet, and not allowing time for draining and/or air-drying.

    --Noted a heavy grease build up on the floor under the chicken deep fryers in the food prep area.

    --Noted an old food residue build up on the non food contact surfaces of the hot food holding units in the food prep area.

    --Noted the drain to the hand wash sink in the drive thru area was clogged and the hand wash sink could not be used. Two other sinks are near by and can be uses until sink is repaired.
