Noted an old food build up on the blade and blade guard on the deli slicer in the food prep area. Slicer was cleaned and sanitized today.

Noted numerous live roaches on and around the grease trap in the dish wash area. This is the only location that roaches were noted in facility. Pest control service was called and will be here today for treatment. Agent will return for a follow up inspection.
