    Noted the door on the walk in bun freezer was broken and coming apart. Door is allowing air and ice build up in the freezer.
  • Maintenance & Operation of Mechanical Warewashing Equipment (46.675(a)-(c))
    Noted the faucet and spray nozzle on the three bowl sink was not operating properly. Sprayer is stuck on and valve handle is missing on the faucet valve. This valve could affect the automatic soap and sanitizer dispenser.

We stopped at this McDonald's last weekend while traveling. We ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches and an order of fries. We waited almost 10 minutes for our order and there was only one person ahead of us! We noticed at least seven people working at this time so we know they weren't shorthanded. While waiting we noticed one employee cleaning the tables who sneezed all over the table, then blew her nose and then continued to work without washing her hands. While eating we noticed the same employee sneezing and blowing her nose again without washing her hands. Very unsanitary - we couldn't wait to leave the restaurant!

Worst snack wrap I've ever gotten brown lettuce, smaller than normal hunk of chicken, and horrible lettuce
