    * Unlabeled bottle stored on food prep table in the rear prep area. * Containers of anitizer solution being used in excess of 400 ppm (Chlorine test strips used) on food contact surfaces. * Bottle of Windex is stored on shelf with food items and single service items on the lower food prep table.

    * An open employee's beverage container was observed in a food preparation area at the soda dispenser at the front counter area.
  • In-Use Utensils & Between Use Storage (46.302)
    * Ice scoop is stored on top of the ice machine in the basement, during time of inspection.

    46.321 - Food Storage (a) General storage requirements.     * Uncovered roast beef and cooked potatos are cooling in the walk-in refrigerator unit with other food items stored over that food items, during time of inspection.

    * Sliced tomatos was held at 50 degrees F, boiled eggs was held at 50 degrees F, tuna fish was held at 53 degrees F, low fat tuna was held at 45 degrees rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. (Both types of tuna fish was discared immediately. Hard boiled eggs and sliced tomatos was stored in freezer until reaching proper temperature, made within 2 hrs. time frame.during time of inspection.)

    * The handwash sink in the front counter area was blocked by serving tray and other items and not accesible at all times for employee use. * Cold water was turned off at the handsink in the mens' restroom. Potable water line under the handsink is leaking.

    * Small trash can for sanitary napkins are not observed in the womens' restroom on 2nd floor.
