Unable to monitor temperature of cold foods as the thermometer is 50-550*f, shall use a thermometer 0*-220*f to monitor hot and cold food temperatures.

Food employees observed not wearing effective hair restraints, such as nets, hats.

Observed cook take a tray of potatoes from the refrigerator and place on an unheated steamtable to reheat. Foods to be reheated shall be reheated on the stove, in the oven, etc. prior to placing on a preheated steamtable so as to be able to maintain hot food at 135*f or above. Potatoes were reheated on the stove to 175*f.

The bar sink is set up to wash and sanitize glasses omitting the rinse step.

there is no back flow prevention device (check Valve) on the mop sink hose bib. A hose is connected and lying in the sink creating a cross connection. the hose was removed from the sink.
