Duties of the Person in Charge (46.102)
The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. No employee is city food safety certified. Observed an employee, Carly Frinter, who had earlier training in food safety in Washington State present at the time of inspection. Establishments serves coffee samples prepared here to customers in disposable cups. Servsafe training information was provided.
Sanitization Requirements, Frequency and Methods (46.731)
No separate sink is present for sanitizing/rinsing coffee pots. Hand washing sink at toilet room is currently used.
