    --Bar ice bins have cold plates and use plastic containers with holes in the bottom for separating coolant ice from ice used to make drinks. The containers holding ice for mix drinks, can not have holes, causing possible contamination.

    --The food facility does not have a hand wash sink located in the food prep / ware washing area of kitchen.
