    Observed single service lids stored under drain of handsink at front end counter.
    Single-service articles shall not be placed under exposed sewer lines or water lines.  Worker removed single service lids to store in another location.  Corrected.
  • Critical: Presence of insects/rodents. Animals prohibited
    Observed a roach exiting the cabinet under front line handwash station.
    Effective measures to minimize the presence of rodents and flies, roaches, and other insects on the premises shall be utilized.  Provide professional pest control.  Recheck on or after 8/10/12.
