A few sleeves of single-service cups were being stored on the floor in the back storage room. Protect single-service articles at least 6" up and off the floor for protection.
- No Certified Manager Present
Amber White has taken the Food Manager Certification course but has not received her certificate yet. Original certificates of certified managers shall be maintained at the place of business and shall be made available for inspection.

Bare wood is located below the iced tea machine at the coffee bar. Provide non-absorbent material on all non-food contact surfaces.

Portions of the floor in the basement, near the mop sink and the air conditioning unit are wet from the condensation from the air conditioning unit. Maintain all floors dry and clean.

1) Seal the ceiling located above the dry storage area in the back of the establishment, prior to going down the stairs. 2) Provide coving in the back dry storage room. Maintain all walls and ceilings non-absorbent and in good repair.
