| HACCP - proper handwash procedures Sanitizer - chlorine This inspection was initiated by a request for service. Caller states that sanitizing solution utilized by worker was too strong of a concentration. During the inspection, worker (Martha) was asked to prepare sanitizer. Sanitizer was prepared in a bucket for sanitizing the tables at a concentration of 200ppm. Worker was aware of complaint and stated that she prepares the sanitizer the same each day. She admits to not testing concentraion, as she was not aware there were test strips in the cabinet. Discussed proper sanitizng solution concentrations with worker and the inmportance of checking concentration for accuracy with test strips.
