  • Must be able to completely submerse all wares used in food prep in 3 compartment sink to properly wash,rinse and sanitize all dishes, pots and pans and fryers.
  • 229.166 (j) (4) sanitary sewer. Holders for soda nozzles must be connected to sanitary sewer drain.
