- Observed two coffee urns at edge of handsink in main store area. Per employee urns were drained into handsink. Handsink is to be used for handwashing only to avoid contamination
- Observed boxes of hot dogs and sausages sitting uncovered in the cooler underneath the condiment station. Food items stored in coolers/freezers must be covered to avoid contamination
- Men's and women's restrooms did not have hot water at time of inspection. All handsinks must be hot and cold running water at all times during operation
- Women's restroom did not have toilet paper at time of inspection. Restrooms must have toilet paper during all hours of operations
- Coolers that contain potentially hazardous foods such as breakfast burritos, milk, etc do not have thermometers. Thermometers must be provided to ensure food items held cold are 41F degrees or less to avoid bacterial growth
