- Provide for handsink to be equipped with soap and disposable towels at all times. Ensure that handsink is properly stocked before beginning any work in the kitchen.
- Provide for an employee on site to have the food managers certificate. Certificate holder must obtain required Health Department ID at 1901 S. Alamo.
- Provide for establishment to have heimlich maneuver poster posted in a conspicuous area for employees or customers to see.
