  • REMOVE DUCT TAPE FROM (PLASTIC HOLDING UNIT), USED TO STORE THE BLUE ICE SCOOP, LOCATED ON THE SIDE OF THE CUBED ICE MACHINE UNIT
  • ENSURE AN INGREDIENT SCOOP (PROPER UTENSIL) WITH A HANDLE IS USED TO REMOVE SUGAR FROM BULK STORAGE BIN. OBSERVED A PLASTIC CUP BEING STORED INSIDE THE SUGAR BIN.

  • Evidence of insects observed. Establishment has monthly service with Pest Control Company.

  • Ensure all raw and cooked potentially hazardous foods are stored correctly in the cooler. Ensure to store raw food above or away from cooked, prepackaged food.
  • Observed a tray over a handsink in dishwashing area. All handsinks must be clear and accessible for employees to wash their hands.
  • Observed storage areas with old food reminants, ensure all food contact surfaces (knives) are cleaned and sanitize prior to use.

  • Dirty knives observed on knife rack. Ensure all food contact utensils are cleaned and sanitized prior to use.
